PURPOSE:To obtain a titled device which is capable of exactly preventing entanglement of a cable and a hose, by fitting a slip ring and a rotary valve so as to rotate as one body with a horizontal beam, to the outside circumference of a fixed cylinder running through the turning center part of the horizontal beam. CONSTITUTION:A welding wire supplied from the outside is inserted through the inside of a fixed cylinder 60 running through the turning center part of a horizontal beam being freely turnable in the horizontal direction, of a intersecting body automatic welding device which is not shown in the figure, and the wire is supplied continuously from a conduit cable 56 through an auxiliary feeder. Also, to the outside circumference of said fixed cylinder 60, a slip ring 57 having an electric power supply connecting brush 59, and a rotary valve 58 for connecting a cooling water path and an inert gas path are fitted so as to be freely rotatable. Also, the slip ring 57 and the rotary valve 58 are fixed to a frame 66 of the upper part of a bearing pipe 28 of said horizontal beam, and are rotated as one body with the horizontal beam.
