PURPOSE:To provide uniformly distributed pattern in a coating process, by using a nozzle having circular pattern and by arranging electrode members near the injection mouth in continuous or intermittent concentric manner around the injection mouth. CONSTITUTION:Compressed coating liquid fed from the gun body enters the spray nozzle 7, passes through the route 19, the first space 18a, the second space 18b, slit 23, volute room 24, and injection mouth 15 and is discharged into the air. The volute chamber 24 causes the coating liquid to whirl and the injection mouth that has a cicular (including doughnut) shape provides circularly sprayed pattern on the coated surface, This, even at lower injection pressure, reduces the chance that tail generates at the edge portion of pattern, providing uniformly distributed pattern. The rightmost of the nozzle 12 that forms electrode is shaped into a ring form and the electrodes are uniformly arranged to provide uniform electric field. All of these factors contribute to make pattern uniform and to enhance the efficiency of coating deposition to the object to be coated.
