The mechanism is intended for moving cases or the like. It comprises a number of parallel supports which extend in the direction of transport and each have at least one end secured to an eccentric drive such that this end is cyclically raised, moved forward, lowered and moved backward. Alternate supports are driven in anti-phase so that the load is lifted and moved forward by these supports alternately. The other ends of the supports slide forward and backward along the ground or may be synchronously driven by a similar set of eccentrics. FL.
