The snap connecting cube-shaped block (10) has four keyhole slots (5) in each of three faces and four projecting heads (2) in each of the three other faces. The slots have a large section (51) and a small section (52) whilst the heads (22) have a smaller diameter neck (21), connecting them to the cube. The heads of one module fit into the wide part of the slot of a second module and latch together by the engagement of the neck in the smaller part of the slot.
