The arrangement is intended for applying an address wrapper (2) around a magazine (1). The wrapper is initially secured by the staple or glued binding of the magazine and has a portion to form a cover flap which is folded-down after the magazine is folded in half and glued (applicator 34) or otherwise secured to the remaining portion. The width of the remaining portion equals that of the unfolded magazine and is folded together with it. The width of the first portion is less than half the unfolded magazine width.
