Airtight packaging of containers - for hygienic use, by packing hot and shrink-wrapping in polyethylene film

Containers for use under conditions of perfect hygiene are packaged by adding a unit to the automatic prodn. line, in which the hot containers are assembled in rectangular arrangement immediately wrapped in PE film and subjected to a high temp. sufficient to form a wrapped block impermeable to any substance or dust. The polyethylene film is pref. subjected to a temp. 600 deg.C and the system pref. applies a cross-linked polyethylene shrink film.
