Water-borne seed cultivation unit - is pontoon with access holes for water flow to absorbent layer supporting cultivation soil

The seed cultivation base is for location on water and comprises an absorbent layer (3) bearing a layer of earth (5) for cultivation. The two are in turn supported by a pontoon (2) which has several sections with holes (4) for the entry of water. This allows the absorbent layer to come in contact with the water which is thus sucked upwards into the earth.
