The press comprises a frame 1 with a double front access door 2, 4, a compression chamber 7 fed by front and rear hoppers, a piston 8 actuated by a compressor set 9 and cooperating with the chamber 7 to compress the waste put into containers placed in the chamber 7, an electronic circuit housed in a cabinet 10 of the frame 1 providing the control and monitoring of the automatic or manual operation of the machine.
