Process for the preparation of a sterile aqueous solution, non-toxic non irritating and triamterene. Triamterene is dissolved in water with the aid of a solubilizing Agent. Then the solution is introduced into a sterile container is sealed and is capable of dispensing droplets of solution.Finally sterilized Packaging solution and Filtering the solution through a Membrane with a Pore size of a Cellulose Ester or by suitable Thermal sterilization.
