Process for the production of acids oxazafosforin - 4 - Uncle alcansulfonicos and Their neutral salts of formula (i), in which R is Hydrogen or Methyl; and R, r, r, W, X and y can be several types of radical, and Z is 1 or 2.Involves the reaction of a 4 - 4 - hydroxy or alkoxy C - oxazafosforina, of formula (ii) with a compound of formula HS - X - Os ~ P and ~ o, in which z is Hydrogen or alcohilo C -, and the other symbols have the same meaning as in the formula (i). The reaction is carried out in an Inert Solvent, in the presence of an Acid Catalyst at a temperature between - 60 C and 80 C.These compounds have pharmacological applications for the treatment of Cancer and Immune suppression.
