Procedure to lower the coils of a machine from a Winding position eccentrically located in the Peripheral part of an Upper Cylinder Bearer, a Transport Plane located below.The coils (2) are caught by the Outer Periphery, and below the Axis of the Cylinder (1) built Carrier, taking in the raised position the Heads of guide Tube (3) of the Coil and the Coil off the Transport plane. The decrease of the Coil is mounted on a Curved Track adapted to the curvature of the CYLINDER HOLDER.
