DRY CHEMICAL RECOVERY DEVICEFOR FIRE EXTINGUISHERSABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSUREA device for the recovery of dry chemicals foundin powdered form for fire extinguishers utilizing a container having first and second openings. A conduit permits thepowder material to enter the container through the firstopening. Another conduit permits the material to exit thesecond opening into the fire extinguisher. Lumping is pre-vented by the use of screens and the like within the con-tainer. As the material flows through the second openingof the container, air in the fire extinguisher is conductedthrough the first opening in the container.
