POLICY-MAKING CALCULATING-MACHINE FOR COMMUNICATION BETWEEN INDIVIDUALS

Simple individuals each with their own balancing of arguments or conditions which may hinder or prevent the reaching of a concrete complicated policy-purpose which asks decision-making at an enterprise or governments, use for their communication the policy-making calculating-machine with input and output on paper forms on which data are printed or written in a tree structure. Individuals can limit themselves to one or more hierarchical levels of the tree structure. After manual input or correction the paper form is moved backwards into the machine, for output the paper form is moved forward. Thus the individuals can better distinguish and less overlook arguments or conditions which would otherwise hinder or prevent the reaching of a concrete complicated policy-purpose than other individuals of enterprise or government, which contributes to concrete decision-making.
