Mechanism to prevent rotational motion according to the angular velocity and angular acceleration, respectively, with a total gripping, eg to prevent the reverse movement of fishing reels. The mechanism can be switched in an operating mode wherein unidirectional gripping can be maintained even in the case n = 0. The solution of the invention ensures absolute safety in all conditions. During a launch power, the rotating portion carrying the pulling arm rotates in a reverse direction and reaches in a short critical values time an angular velocity and an angular acceleration resulting in an automatic action; in this manner, that is to say, by the actual braking, it is possible to prevent the accumulated kinetic energy further leads to the rotating part in rotation, which would result in tangling of the line. The selector arm two-way allows selecting a snapshot mode or automatic operation. Using the invention, the loss of material due to damaged line and wasted time for reassembly, can be avoided. The invention has other advantages, in particular: simplicity in design, quiet operation, no braking torque during a snap-action during winding, as occurs with the reels having a ratchet mechanism traditional.
