The method of sealing a lamp mount to a lamp tube has the following steps. The stem, which is sustained by the sup-porter, is combined to the opposite lamp mount(V). The flare (I) is heated using a burner, and the main body becomes ring-shaped by applying pressure to the stem. The pressure is ap-plied against the lamp mount after softening the flare of the stem by heating. The stem is fused to the lamp mount by heating continuously for a const. time after a vacuum in the in-ner part of lamp tube is formed through an exhaust pipe. The irregularity of the lamp mount can be relaxed and formation of an inclination in the lamp mount is possible.
