Electrical measurement instrument axle - accepts plate moving iron by engaging axle collar recesses and projections on plate

An axle for an electrical measurement instrument and associated moving iron is designed for problem-free attachment of a flat metal plate moving iron with only low mounting costs. The metal plate has projections or recesses which fit into or over opposing matching recesses or projections in collars (9,9') on the axle (1). The collar recesses may be in the form of slots. The plate projections are integral with the plate. The plate is held on the axle by an additional fixing mechanism. This may take the form of an adhesive or of a press fit between the recesses and projections. The top axle collar (10), which is attached to the pointer by riveting, acts as a stop for the plate during assembly. PS.
