The stand column is used for holding cattle. It can be fixed to the stall base or to a feed crib. It consist of a straight bottom section, to which drinking bowls (8) can be fixed at a section which is angled with respect to the bottom section, and of a top section which can be used to fit a top tranverse pipe to hold a tie-up device. The angled section forms the middle section (12). It starts approx. 0.5 m above the bottom end of the bottom section and ends about 0.9m above the bottom end of the bottom section (4).
