The invention relates to a construction element system for setting up devices for conveying, retaining and storing unit loads. These devices have frame structures made of transverse and longitudinal supports. The longitudinal supports are fitted with movable transporting elements such as rollers or roller chains. The system consists of three longitudinal supports, of which the first one has a hollow space which is open towards the top and has a lifting body for a roller chain, the second one is fitted with two webs between which the transverse supports are attached, and the third one has dimensions which are complementary to the second longitudinal support in such a way that it can be constructionally combined with the latter to form a U-shaped profile.
