The invention relates to a hydraulically setting multi-component mixture as a lining and stowing material in mining practice, which consists of alpha -gypsum, bituminous coal fly ash and scouring grains. Such a mixture is intended to cause less dust nuisance and to have a better wettability of the fly ash fraction than the known mining cements and to allow the best possible disposal facility for coal-fired power stations. According to the invention, this is achieved when the fly ash is compacted and forms the scouring grains.
