High output laser system - has fundamental oscillation mode selected using Fabry-Perot interferometer

The laser has a stable laser cavity in which at least two successive interference cells (I1, I2) of Fabry and Perrot type are traversed by the beam. Their incidence planes are not parallel to one another, so that the obtained output beam leaving the cavity has a small divergence and a high intensity. Pref. the line of incidence of the beam relative to the two interference cells (I1, I2) is provided by the intersection of two interference cones defined by the two respective interference cells (I1, I2), e.g. the first interference cell (I1) is perpendicular to the beam, to select the central frequency of the spectral band and the second interference cell (I2) is angled to angularly select the propagation mode along a given radial direction.
