The framework (1) supports a sieve (2) which rests on oads (3,4) and is located above the belt conveyer (5). The sieve has a pair of guides (7,8) at its top edge fitted with guide rollers (11,12) to support the container (6). The ooen end of the sieve has a central slot (17). The lower part has a cone (21) opening into a delivery valve (23) with a damper plate (22). The container (6) is fitted with discharge valves (36,37) in an outlet with tapering sides.
