The beam provides a removable bottom shutter for construction and has two bottom reinforcement bars (3,5) and one top reinforcement bar (2). The top one is central to the bottom two. The bottom two bars are bedded in concrete (7) in the factory to form the shutter. The stirrups (6) connect top and bottom bars, provide starter bars for the main beam and are securely fastened to the bottom bars by underlapping them (9). They are joined to each other at the bottom by being turned in a vertical plane alternatively to the right and left.
