Prefabricated timber frame building - has load bearing panels with exterior concrete panels vented to absorb solar energy

The building is of load bearing panels on a concrete base to which is added exterior prefabricated dressing. Each panel is the same height as the building, has vertical wood risers at each end and is connected top and bottom by traverses nailed to form a high and low rail. It has a lattice work of horizontal wood sections nailed to the risers. Insulation is placed inside the frames, exterior concrete panels are fixed leaving an air gap, and warm air circulates to a heat reservoir formed of a deep layer of graded stone beneath the building.
