The bulk dispenser has one or more bulk storage reservoirs and distribution units housed in an enclosure. Each distribution unit has a volumetric measure coupled to the reservoir and to an outlet tube, through a solenoid valve. A sink with its outlet connected to a recovery vessel has a flat surface on which a container is rested. A pushbutton controls the opening of the solenoid valve and the distribution of the liquid in the measuring chamber, and a memory which has written into it the volume of liquid delivered and the price. A printer prints a ticket using data stored in the memory.
