Each structural panel (4) consists of an inner, bearing concrete plate (10), of an insulating layer (11) joined thereto and, with interposition of a plastic vapour-barrier foil (12), of an outer concrete plate (13). At the abutting edges of the structural panels (4), a joint widening (14) is created, in which the protruding edge parts (12a) of the vapour-barrier foils (12) are adhesively bonded or welded to one another in overlapping fashion. The joint widening is filled in the region of the insulating layers (11) with foamed plastic (16) lying between insulating strips (15).
