The fitting for coupling a pair of concentric components of relatively soft materials, such as plastics moulding materials, comprises a tubular metal body made from sheet precut to produce columns of pointed teeth pointing in alternate directions. The teeth are provided on the inner and outer faces of the metal body. The fitting is inserted into a cylindrical tubular boss integral with a moulded vehicle lamp reflector body, to accept a cylindrical root on e.g. the knob for supporting the reflector whilst permitting tilt adjustment. Pref. the teeth have a conical or triangular section.
