In the photographic paper feed and cutting unit, exposed photosensitive material is withdrawn from an exposure zone in a direction at right angles to that at which the material is fed to the zone. A web of photosensitive material is fed from a roll (13) past a cutter (15) to an exposure station. The exposure station comprises a plate having suction apertures (24). The exposed material is conveyed, after cutting, by an arm (17) driven by an endless chain (20) to take-up rollers leading to a development station.
