The assembly includes an enclosure bent back at an angle permitting the assembly of two blades and a vertical transmission shaft to collect energy from the wind. The enclosure (3) has two horizontal entries and a vertical access permitting the rotary energy to be transmitted to its mechanical or electrical load. The enclosure (3) is mounted on rollers (4) and has a fixed vane attached, to orient the blades towards the wind. The vertical power take off shaft is extended mechanically to reach down to the ground, transmitting energy from the wind to ground mounted electric generators.
