The display panel has electroluminescent displays grouped in a matrix format to display two digit random numbers generated by an electronic circuit or a computing device and has an integral display panel for publicity material. The electro-luminescent displays are arranged in a grid format of numbers 1 to 49 corresponding to the layout of the (French) national lottery. The associated electronic devices are enclosed in a casing which is hung from a wall. The front panel of the casing has the number grid at one end at the other end a translucent panel with back lighting for publicity material in the form of transparencies. The publicity may be cyclically changed.
