The horn has a compression chamber placed ahead of a membrane fixed to the wall of the casing, and an acoustic horn attached to it. The horn has a first part (23c) which is cylindrical in shape, extending from the compression chamber. A second flared conical part (23b) is fitted, without a step, to both the first part and to a third part comprising an exponentially flaring horn. The length (L1) of the first part (23c) corresponds, within 10% to the transverse sectional area, the length (L2) of the second part (23b) is equal to 1.6 times the length (L1) of the first part, and the transverse sectional area of the third part (23c) follows the function A1 (exp(mx)), where A1 is the transverse area of the first part (23a), m is a constant equal to 0.034 plus or minus 10% and times the distance between the transverse surface and the origin of the exponential function.
