The container has a cylindrical neck closed by an elastomeric plug of which the body is a sliding fit in the neck but which is hermetically sealed to the end of the neck. An axial capillary passage extends through the plug and through an integral delivery nipple on the outside of the plug. Except for the nipple, the end face of the plug and the exterior of the container neck are enclosed in an elastomeric sleeve held partly clear of the neck by a radial flange. Finger pressure on the sleeve displaces the plug body into the neck to deliver a drop equal in vol. to plug face area times displacement.
