The collar is worn by sheep or other livestock and prevents the beast from passing its head through a fence. The two forward arms maintaining the relationship with the head are replaced by a flexible curved rod with a twisted length at the bottom. The twisted length permits the adjustment of the fastening tie. For smaller animals, such as a wild rabbit, the collar may be fitted with four or more externally cantilevered hookedarms, fence openings being reduced in width by suspended counterweighted.
