Shutter panel stabiliser under wind load - has wind deflectors and latticed footbridges profiled for reduced wind load

The device aids shutter stability against wind load on the shutter face containing vertical and horizontal load bearing beams during concrete casting which support the footbridges. Wind deflectors inclined w.r.t. the shutter face have projections in the bottom shutter half. On this shutter face there are also footbridges that have decks with latticed walkways and guard rails with flattened section profiles, the latter being orientated to give less wind resistance. The deflectors and footbridges also reduce the shutter overturning coupling moment.
