Addition and subtraction operator 12 outputs the sum of outputs (f), (g), that is, the sum of the proper O3 amount from the viewpoint of residual O3 and the proper O3 amount from the viewpoint of chromaticity. O3 yield regulator 13 receives the output value of operator 12 as a set value and total O3 yield Y0 from adder 4 as a feedback value, and in accordance with the deviation regulator 13 sends control instructions to ozonizer controller 14 only for adjustable ozonizer OZv.
