PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of strain breakage by a method wherein a zigzag narrow width metal band is contacted to the inner surface of an outer tube at the mountain section thereof while to the outer surface of an inner tube at the valley section thereof respectively, at least three sheets of plate springs are secured orthogonally to the radial directions and the ends thereof are formed into specified configurations. CONSTITUTION:The plate springs are made by bending the small width metal bands 4, 5, 6 into corrugated shapes or gentle saw-teeth shape and the mountain sections 14, 16 are contacted to the inner surface of the outer tube 1 while the valley sections 24, 26 are contacted to the outer surface of the inner tube 2 respectively, they are secured to a ring 3 made of the small width metal band and being fitted to the outer periphery of the inner tube 2 orthogonally to the radial directions thereof with equal intervals, further, channel shape holders 8, 9, 10, supporting an eyelet type casing 7, are formed by converging the one ends of the metal bands 4, 5, 6 into the centrifugal directions thereof and spot-shaped protuberances 11, 12 are formed at the mountain sections of the springs 4, 5, 6. According to this method, the protuberances 11-13 are contacting evenly to the inner surface of the outer tube 1 and holding the inner tube 2 axially, therefore, vibration of the inner tube 2 and the strain thereof may be absorbed by the springs 4, 5, 6.
