METHOD OF CLEANING BALL CIRCULATION PASSAGE OF BALL CIRCULATION TYPE COOLING PIPE CLEANING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To prevent any impairment due to clinging and growing of marine product at the time of restarting by circulating cleaning water in a ball circulation piping that includes a ball connector to retrieve a ball. CONSTITUTION:In order to clean ball circulation piping, a control switch is turned ON. Then, operations to open a strainer screen 6, to start pumps 8, 9, 10, and to open a collector inlet valve 12 are done, followed by closing of a collector by-pass valve 11. By these operations, a collector switch valve 13 allows only flowing cleaning water. Therefore, as only the sea water is circulated in the ball circulation piping including the ball collector 13, products in it and foreign matters stuck on a screen 6 can be washed away.
