An RAM10 is a storage means in which the days when a load 8 is turned on are registered for at least a year, and the contents stored therein can be set by a timer setting part 5. A collation means 9B which collates the date clocked by the means 9A with the date registered to a storage means or an RAM11 corresponds to the coincidence function of the preset time and the date registered in the RAM10. 16 is a relay which controls the on of the load 8 in accordance with the coincidence detection output of the means 9B.
