SUPPLYING DEVICE OF ROLLING-MILL-OIL IN COLD ROLLING MILL

PURPOSE:To control the shape of a rolling material to an excellent shape by supplying rolling-mill-oil of =2 kinds of concentrations in the sheet-width direction and reducing the rolling pressure at a part of high concentration oil in cold rolling a rolling material of the same kind. CONSTITUTION:Three headers 5, 5', 6 for supplying rolling oil of different concentrations are provided to the inlet side of a cold rolling mill consisting of work rolls 2 and backup rolls 4. The headers 5, 5' of these headers supply an rolling oil of reference concentration, and the header 6 supplies an oil higher in concentration than the reference one to four or more parts in the sheet-width direction. And moreover, a control device for controlling the supply or suspension of the oil at each part of a rolling material 1 corresponding to said part, is provided. Further, water is supplied in some cases from the headers 5, 5'.
