PURPOSE:To heighten silencing effect by a mechanism wherein partition walls with ventilation ports in L-shaped forms are arranged in the manner so as to partially block a ventilation duct. CONSTITUTION:Partition walls 4 tilting to side-walls 2 are installed into a ventilation flue 1 with the side-walls 2 and a floor 3 in an angled section so as to intercept the ventilation direction X, and an expansion chamber 6 with a triangle section is made up by the partition walls 4 and the side-wall 2. Ventilation ports 5, whose areas are approximate 1/5-1/10 of the areas of the partition walls 4, are mounted near the side-walls 2 in the partition walls 4, and installed so that the ventilation ports 5 zigzag be built up from an inlet of the ventilation duct 1.
