PURPOSE:To make it possible to aim at pressing the fastening of a seatbelt, by providing a human sensor for sensing a seating person in a suitable position within a passenger compartment. CONSTITUTION:An electrical switch 3 such as, for example, a micro-switch used as a human sensor for sensing a seating person is provided in a seat 1, and is connected in series to a pilot lamp 4. Accordingly, the switch 3 is actuated, when the driver or the like sits in the seat 1, so that the pilot lamp 4 is lit on, thereby, the driver is urged to fasten a seatbelt.
