DIE STEEL REFORMING MACHINE PROVIDED WITH END PART REFORMING DEVICE OF MATERIAL

PURPOSE:To obtain a good product having no end bend nor deformation in the front and rear end parts of a reforming material, by providing a die steel pressing device on a lifting roll, in a die steel reforming machine provided with upper and lower rolls like zigzag. CONSTITUTION:A material 5 is supplied through a guide roll 3 from the direction as indicated with an arrow between fixed and lifting upper and lower rolls 1, 2 provided like zigzag, a bend is given repeatedly to the material 5, and straightness and flatness of the material 5 are reformed. As for the rolls 1-3, in accordance with a shape of the material 5, a prescribed roll used, for instance, in case of angle steel, rolls 1a, 2a, etc. are used. In this case, a liftable die steel pressing device 4 is provided so as to be opposed to the roll 2. The device 4 also consists of combination of rolls corresponding to a shape of the material 5, for instance, 4a2 and 4a3. As a result, the material 5 is pressed forcibly by the device which is set in advance at an optimum interval to thickness of the material in the process passing through between the rolls, and a correction of a bend and an angle of the tip part and the rear end part of the material 5 is executed efficiently and smoothly.
