DETECTOR FOR INCLINATION OF SOFT GROUND TREATMENT MACHINE

PURPOSE:To obtain a highly accurate inclination angle even when a mast is bent by a method in which a steel wire is laid tensely between a sensor fitting base and the lower part of the mast, and an inclination sensor is set to the sensor fitting base. CONSTITUTION:A steel wire 12 is laid tensely through a turn buckle 13 between a sensor fitting base 10 and the lower part of a mast 5b, and an inclination sensor 14 is set to the sensor fitting base 10. During the period when the ground is treated and hardened by a treatment machine 5, when a deflection occurs in the mast 5b of the treatment machine 5, the steel wire 12 in the mast 5b represents the inclination of straight line between the top and lower part of the mast 5b in spite of the deflection of the mast 5b. Thus, a true inclination angle from the top to the lower part of the mast 5b, given by the steel wire 12, is detected by a differential pressure transformer type sensor on the fitting base 10, and exact inclination between the upper end and top of the treatment machine 5 is displayed on an inclinometer 18 in a control room.
