PURPOSE:To perform a post-processing with no man-hour in case a closing time of the sale of a desired race is finalized during the button of an automatic issue machine is operated, by providing newly a register which stores both race and closing race number. CONSTITUTION:When a desired race number is applied through a race designation input button 3 after the cash is put into an issue machine, this race number is stored in the 1st storage register 5 of an issue control computer 2. If the stored race number is equal to a number which can be issued, it is visually displayed at a race number display device 4. When a race closing time is finalized right after the race number is displayed at the device 4 and before the pari- mutuel ticket is sold the closing command of the designated race is delivered from a host computer 1. Based on this command, the closing race number is stored in the 2nd storage register 6. Then the next race number is displayed at the device 4 when the contents between registers 5 and 6 coincide.
