ON-SITE PILE CONSTRUCTION IN BANKING-CREATED GROUND

PURPOSE:To omit excavation work as well as raise the quality of piles by a method in which Hume pipes constituting a casing for piles are set, banking gradation of the ground is made, an iron bar cage is inserted into the Hume pipes, and concrete is placed. CONSTITUTION:A hole for footing is excavated in the supporting layer E as the original ground before banking, Hume pipes 2a constituting a casing for piles are set in the hole, and concrete 3 is placed into the surrounding aperture. Each time the Hume pipes 2b and 2c are stacked up in order, banking operation is made, and when the level of banking-created ground D is reached, an iron bar cage is inserted into the casings 2a-2c and concrete is placed to construct an on-site pile A. Since on-site pile is constructed after the bottom of pile is confirmed and the ground is created, the quality of the piles can be raised.
