PURPOSE:To simplify structure and to obtain compact constitution by moving mirrors fixed for unmagnified and reduced-sized exposure back from its fixed position, and extending optical path length in cooperation with two mirrors for enlarged-size exposure. CONSTITUTION:For unmagnified and reduced-sized exposure, a full-rate mirror 4 and a half-rate mirror 5 are varied in distance, correcting the optical path length. For enlarged-size exposure, a mirror 7 is rotated around a fulcrum 10 until the position of a mirror 7' and an in-mirror lens 6 is moved to and fixed at a specified position 6'. At the same time, the half-rate mirror 5 is moved to a position 5' for correcting the optical path length to form an optcal path 1-4- 5'-6'-9-8-7'-11 in cooperation with fixed mirrors 8 and 9, performing enlarged- size exposure.
