PURPOSE:To set a stay anchor having a great bearing force in a short time by a method in which a base material is brought down and fixed on the bottom of an excavated pit, and then a resistance plate is bent outwards and projected while penetrating and driving the resistance plate into the base material. CONSTITUTION:A base material 1 is brought down and fixed in a pit excavated by an earth auger, and a resistance plate 11 is penetrated toward the guide cylinder 2 of the base material 1. Then, a driving pipe is inserted with a guide bar 16, the resistance plate 11 is struck to put forward curvedly the tip of the plate 11 along the curved face of the guide cylinder 2 while moving it in a sliding manner, and the plate 11 is projected from a projection port 6. When the rib 12 tip of the plate 11 goes forward while pushing a rotary plate 3 in a turning manner and completes its predetermined heading development, the rotation of the rotary plate 3 is stopped by a stop plate 5, and its tip is fixed to the tip of the rib 12. A given number of the resistance plates 11 are then orderly driven and developed, and lastly the inside of the base material 1 and the pit are embedded to complete the construction of a stay anchor.
