The device is for ankle, knee and hip joints and consists of a rigid plate (1) which has, on its lower face, one or more projections (6). The free end of this is shaped as a spherical cap and its height can be adjusted by a screw (9). - The projection includes a threaded cylindrical part (7) which can be screwed deeply in a hole tapped in the plate. Alternatively, the projection can have a tapped hole to screw on to a stud fixed in the plate. The projection exterior can have a threaded sleeve.(1/7)
