The semiconductor device used in a gating circuit is capable of transmitting logic conditions between networks in a selective manner. It consists of two logic circuits which can adopt two well-defined input logic conditions and two well-defined output logic conditions. The logic circuits are coupled by control elements. - By coupling the two logic circuits to form a single logic circuit with a given input logic condition, an output logic condition becomes a predetermined function of the output logic condition of the second logic circuit. The controlled coupling elements are capable of coupling the outputs of the two logic circuits.(0/3)
