The booklet comprises a number of sewn sheets which carry a grid, the names of days, different types of expenditure and squares for totalling by position and by time. - Enough pages are provided to last fourteen weeks and an annual summary is provided with the same presentation but with month names replacing those of days. Days are given in vertical columns, expenditure types are given in horizontal lines and the most common expenditure is towards the top and vice versa.
