Building construction system on piles - places wall on pile heads before installation without using foundation beam

The system constructs buildings with side and end walls, intermediate walls and floors, founded on heated piles under the walls. Before installing one or more of the walls, this is placed directly on pile heads below without the use of a foundation beam, after which the floors are installed. Combined walls and foundation beams can be used, equipped with supports for floors, either prefabricated or cast in situ. The pile heads can each be formed by a prefabricated reinforced concrete ring, placed over the pipe top after the reinforcing components in the latter have been exposed. They are then secured together by pouring concrete.
